The management team

The owner, Sean, started Optimal Air after years of commercial, industrial experience. Sean has an Interprovincial Red Seal in refrigeration and air conditioning, as well as a Gas Fitter 1 license; the highest in the industry. Some of the units Sean has worked on include rooftop units, furnaces, computer room units, helicopter air & airplane conditioning, cooling towers and many more. Sean has worked in the largest data centers in Canada as a data center air conditioning specialist. Sean also taught refrigeration & air conditioning at the college level in Toronto for many years. Sean provides a very hands on approach to all of Optimal Air’s operations and trains all technicians in the field on a one on one basis. With this commitment to training, our technicians are some of the most knowledgeable in the trade. It is not uncommon to find Sean on our clients sites working with our technicians to ensure our clients needs are met.

Customer service

Optimal air is known for it’s customer service, we make sure our customers needs are met during every experience. We not only help our customers solve problems but we are great at providing ongoing support. We use a customized & personal approach to all our clients so that they get the service that’s right for them. Each commercial maintenance contract has a dedicated manager and dedicated technician for the site. This means that our clients see the same faces regularly and build trusting relationships. 

Safety

At Optimal Air safety truly is our number one priority. We conduct monthly safety meetings to review site safety and are always striving for improvement. Our technicians are trained to do their jobs in the safest manner. All our technicians are equipped with flame resistant uniforms and each truck is equipped with electrical safety gloves to ensure each technician’s personal safety.
